We loved the convenience of the location, with a bus stop just steps away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the availability of self-service laundry machines. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing useful information and even accommodating special dietary requests.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff here is amazing - always friendly, responsive and helpful with any requests or issues. They made us feel welcome and at home. The kitchenette in the room was super useful for our young family, allowing us to prepare meals easily. We also appreciated the availability of bike rentals, on-site laundry facilities, and the option to order food and groceries to our room.

Felt completely secure during our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

We recently had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, being only 15 minutes away from the airport by bus. There was also a bus stop very close by, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We were impressed by the spaciousness of our room, which even had cooking facilities. The staff, especially Chris, were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their assistance in ordering dinner and their warm hospitality. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious mature cheese. we highly recommend this place for those needing to stay near the airport.

There were a couple of issues that affected our experience. the room had some technical problems.

Modern amenities in rooms including mini kitchen, fridge, and safe box. Comfortable bed. Convenient location, 15-minute drive to Keukenhof, and close to Haarlem and Amsterdam.
